Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Drayton Estates Group Ltd.
“Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to the customer.

2. Quotations

All quotations are free and without obligation.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices are based on the information available at the time of site visit or enquiry.
We reserve the right to amend quotations if unforeseen ground conditions, access restrictions, or additional works are identified.

A quotation does not form a binding contract until accepted in writing and confirmed by us.

3. Acceptance of Work

A binding contract is formed when:

You confirm acceptance of our written quotation; and
Any required deposit is received.

We reserve the right to decline any work at our discretion.

4. Deposits and Payments

A 30% deposit may be required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.
Late payments may result in additional charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

5. Site Access and Preparation

You are responsible for:

Providing safe and clear access to the work area.
Ensuring underground utilities are identified where known.
Removing vehicles, furniture, and obstacles before work begins.

Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

6. Nature of Resin Installations

Resin-bound surfaces are subject to natural factors including:

Weather conditions
Ground movement
Existing substrate condition
Drainage and surrounding structures

While we take all reasonable care in installation, minor variations in appearance, colour tone, or texture may occur and do not constitute defects.

7. Weather Conditions

Resin installation is weather dependent.
We reserve the right to reschedule works due to:

Heavy rain
Frost
Excessive heat
Other unsafe working conditions

This ensures quality and durability of the finished surface.

8. Variations and Additional Work

If additional work is required that was not included in the original quotation:

We will inform you before proceeding.
Any additional costs must be agreed in writing.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel:

Written notice must be provided.
Deposits may be non-refundable where materials have been ordered or costs incurred.
Reasonable costs for work already completed may be charged.

10. Guarantees and Liability

We provide workmanship guarantees where stated in your quotation.

Our liability is limited to:

Repairing defective workmanship; or
Refund of the amount paid for defective works.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing ground or structural issues
Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance
Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Maintenance

Clients are responsible for:

Routine cleaning
Preventing heavy impact damage
Following any maintenance guidance provided

Failure to maintain the surface properly may void any guarantee.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and materials remain the property of Drayton Estates Group Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
