Vuba-Approved Warranties

Drayton Estates Group uses Vuba Resin-Bound Surfacing systems, supported by manufacturer product warranties of up to 25 years, depending on the system and base installed.

Eligible installations using the complete VubaMac system may also qualify for Vuba’s additional 5-year no-crack guarantee.

Every warranty is subject to the correct installation specification, supporting documentation, registration requirements and Vuba’s full terms and conditions.

5-Year VubaMac No-Crack Guarantee

This guarantee is specifically for qualifying driveways installed using the complete VubaMac base and Vuba resin-bound surface system.

The VubaMac base is designed to create a strong, flexible and durable foundation beneath the finished resin surface. Where the complete system is installed correctly, the driveway may qualify for Vuba’s additional 5-year no-crack guarantee.

Under the guarantee, Vuba states that if a crack appears within the first five years, it will be repaired free of charge, subject to the installation meeting the required specification and Vuba’s full guarantee terms and conditions.

To qualify, the following must be evidenced and submitted by Drayton Estates Group:

Requires the complete VubaMac system
Requires the correct depth of sub-base
Requires the correct depth and construction of the VubaMac base
Requires the correct depth of resin-bound top coat
The resin-bound top coat must use qualifying Vuba-supplied materials
Clear photographic evidence must be taken throughout the installation
A completed installation day sheet must be submitted
The guarantee must be registered or activated by the installer
The installation remains subject to Vuba’s full 5-year no-crack guarantee terms and conditions

20-Year Vuba Product Warranty

This warranty applies to qualifying Vuba Resin-Bound surface systems installed to the required specification.

The Vuba standard 20-year product warranty applies where the resin-bound system is installed using Vuba Structural Reinforcement Mesh, also known as Vuba SRM, and the complete installation has been properly documented.

To qualify, the following must be evidenced and submitted by Drayton Estates Group:

Requires a qualifying Vuba Resin-Bound Surface System
Requires Vuba SRM* where specified for the standard warranty
Requires the correct depth of sub-base and base, where these form part of the installation
Requires the correct depth of Resin-Bound top coat
The resin-bound top coat must use qualifying Vuba Surfaces materials
Clear photographic evidence must be taken throughout the installation
A completed installation day sheet must be submitted
The warranty must be registered or activated by the installer
The installation remains subject to Vuba’s full product warranty terms and conditions

25-Year VubaMac Product Warranty

This extended product warranty applies to qualifying driveways installed using the complete VubaMac base and Vuba Resin-Bound Surface System.

VubaMac creates a flexible and durable base beneath the finished resin-bound surface. When the complete system is installed to Vuba’s required specification and the installation is fully documented, it may qualify for Vuba’s extended 25-year product warranty.

To qualify, the following must be evidenced and submitted by Drayton Estates Group:

Requires the complete VubaMac system
Requires the correct depth of sub-base
Requires the correct depth and construction of the VubaMac Base System
Requires the correct depth Vuba Surfaces resin-bound top coat
Clear Photographic Evidence must be taken throughout the installation.
A completed installation day sheet must be submitted
The installation documentation must be submitted to Vuba for warranty eligibility
The installation remains subject to Vuba’s full product warranty terms and conditions

The product warranties and guarantees described on this page are provided by Vuba and remain subject to Vuba’s current eligibility requirements, exclusions and full terms and conditions.

Drayton Estates Group will document qualifying installations and submit the required installation evidence. Final warranty eligibility and the assessment of any future manufacturer warranty claim remain subject to confirmation by Vuba.

Customers will be provided with the relevant warranty information for the system installed at their property.

What Does a Vuba Product Warranty Mean?

The Vuba warranty is a manufacturer product or system warranty.

It provides protection for eligible Vuba products when they have been installed using the correct materials, preparation, depths and installation processes.

It should not be presented as an unconditional guarantee against every possible form of damage or deterioration.

The precise cover depends on:

The type of base beneath the resin surface
Whether Vuba SRM or the full VubaMac system is used
The condition and suitability of the underlying ground
Correct installation depths and preparation
Installation photographs and supporting documents
Registration of the installation
Appropriate use and maintenance of the completed surface
The full Vuba warranty terms in force at the time of installation
